Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around all entrances and delivery areas
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management
- Wait 24 hours, as some deliveries are prematurely scanned
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Huksie cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, service interruptions, or high seasonal volume.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly and include photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.
Lost or Returned Packages
